GUEST BOOK

I wish to express my condolences to Sandra's family upon her recent death. I have been calling Sandra for almost two years on a monthly basis as her Humana Cares Nurse. We talked about her health and set goals to improve her quality of life, but I will remember most talking about our families and sharing snipits of our lives. I was always glad to see Sandra's name pop up on my roster as someone I would be calling that day. I will certainly miss her sweet voice saying "I know who this is honey" before I could introduce myself. I know she felt appreciated by all of you. Sue Ellen Moyer RN HCM
